Ceracin has designed Ball Valves resistant to most harsh substances up to a temperature of 120 degrees Celsius. These valves have a solid PVDF body, a ball and a stem in 1 piece design. Only two of the flanged ends have inner liners of PVDF (moulded 3.75mm to 5.5mm thick). Also, on these liners, Polypropylene flanged ends get moulded to the highest degree. The other flanged ends consist of Polypropylene. Therefore, PVDF and Teflon materials are the only ones that come in contact with chemicals.   • The K-spindle type has a unique design as it gets secured to the body using a special lock.

Difference Between PVDF Ball Valve And K-TYPE Design Valve.

Steam Sealing Problem Rubber rings on the spindle prevent leakage from the body however, they wear out after a few uses and become ineffective. As long as you keep it away from moisture, the PTFE V – seal will keep it sealed and leak-free for a longer time.
Pricing Not a cost-effective affair and also consume much time. Its detailed construction necessitates little for its upkeeping and keeps costs down for the consumer.
Life Of A Valve: The ordinary PVDF Ball Valves have a short shelf life. The lifespan is more than double that of a standard design.
Ball and Spindle Twisting Problems It is in the valve that the ball and the spindle come in two pieces, and are joined together. They will begin to twist apart from each other over time. In this case, the ball and spindle consist of the same material. Therefore, K-Type valves will never experience a twisting problem.
Lined Ball As the Ball consists entirely of plastic, its durability will suffer after only a few uses. A lined (MS inserted with Plastic) ball increases the valve’s strength.
